Return & Replacement Policy

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective or incorrect at the time of delivery. Product boxes and security seals must remain unbroken.

Return Window

Customers must request a return/replacement within 7 days of successful courier delivery.

Replacement Process

After our warehouse conducts physical verification of returned photos or products, a clean replacement unit will be dispatched at no extra charge.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened supplement jars, broken security inner caps, partially consumed protein scoops, and self-inflicted structural misuse are strictly non-returnable.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds under out-of-stock cases will be initiated directly via the original online payment mode inside 5-7 business working days.
